She met with us and helped with a plan to stage our house listed it on Saturday and open house on Sunday, with multiple above asking price offers even one that we can close in less than 30 days. The few times we had any type of issue we called Catrina and she fixed it. I was referred by someone who said they had the same experience. I was told Catrina sold their house in one weekend and mine sold in 2 days. Oh, and we went to view houses just once and found an amazing house in the perfect location and was able to negotiate the price down. Soo many childhood dreams fulfilled even learned it has a fruit tree! The house has everything we need and wanted. We started the process with no idea how to proceed mid Sept 2022 we have already closed on both houses it is Nov 9, less than 2 months and we have our keys to our new house and sold our old home.
