Her desire to be a catalyst for homeownership stems from watching the generations before her waste time and money renting homes for over 40 years. Driven to be different and provide for her family she began to educate herself on investing in real estate. From there she has gained an intimate understanding of the real estate industry and superior knowledge of the area met.
As a native Washingtonian she grew up in the Petworth neighborhood of D.C. There she earned her undergraduate in Computer Science and her MBA in Accounting at Southeastern University. She later moved to Prince Georges County when she purchased her first home and Catrina served over 25 years as Manager where she oversaw the daily operations of the Finance Office.
In addition, She has spent the last 10 years as a real estate sales professional closing a plethora of transactions including residential resales, new construction, commercial, short sales, and real estate investments.
Catrina is resourceful, analytical, and savvy at conducting market analysis and negotiating contracts which she demonstrates when helping sellers market their homes and first-time homebuyers achieve the dream of homeownership. As a licensee in DC, MD, and VA she also helps renters and business owners with their commercial real estate needs.
